Who are Blanca and Sean?
Our story began in 1995 on the sun-soaked beaches of Ixtapa, Mexico. What started as a chance meeting quickly turned into a lifelong partnership built on love, family, and adventure. Years later, in 1999, we married and began building not only a life together but also a vision of creating something bigger than ourselves.
In 2006, we launched our real estate careers in Minneapolis–St. Paul, where we poured our energy into helping families buy and sell homes. Over the years, we built a thriving business, consistently ranking among the top agents in our market and selling 50+ homes annually. Our dedication to clients, attention to detail, and heart-of-a-teacher approach earned us industry awards and—more importantly—lasting relationships with the families we served.
But as much as we loved our U.S. business, Mexico always called us back. With deep personal ties to Ixtapa, where our story began, and investments in both Ixtapa and Cancun, we saw firsthand the opportunities and lifestyle that Mexico offers. The culture, the warmth of the people, and the incredible real estate potential inspired us to take a leap of faith and expand our expertise across borders.
That vision became Mexico Legacy Group.
